INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES

Swedish Chemicals Agency and Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning of the Republic of Serbia are implementing the project "Chemicals Risk Management in Serbia" funded by Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida). We are looking for the applicants for the following consultancy services.

 

  1. PREPARATION OF GUIDELINE AND BROCHURE FOR DATA SUBMITTION FOR CHEMICAL REGISTRY  (two consultants)
  2. ESTABLISHMENT OF HELP DESK IN REPUBLIC OF SERBIA AND PREPARATION OF NEED ASSESSMENT/LIST OF GUIDELINES AND MANUALS FOR ASSISTANCE TO INDUSTRY WHICH PLACES THE CHEMICALS ON THE SERBIAN AND INDUSTRY WHICH EXPORT CHEMICALS/PRODUCTS ON EU MARKET  (two consultants) 
  3. PREPARATION OF TECHNICAL GUIDANCES RELATED TO PREPARATION OF TECHNICAL DOSSIER AND EVALUATION OF BIOCIDAL PRODUCT ON BASIS OF THE TECHNICAL DOSSIER
  4. ASSISTANCE IN PREPARATION OF BY-LAW ON CONTENT OF CHEMICAL SAFETY REPORT AND MANER OF CONDUCTION OF CHEMICAL SAFETY ASSESSMENT AND DEVELOPMENT OF TECHNICAL GUIDANCE ON CHEMICAL SAFETY ASSESSMENT AND PREPARATION OF CHEMICAL SAFETY REPORTS
  5. SUPERVISION OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE CHEMICALS AGENCY ICT SYSTEM (two consultants)                                                               
  6. FOR LEGAL ASSISTANCE FOR PREPARATION OF SECONDARY LEGISLATION ACCORDING LAW ON CHEMICALS AND LAW ON BIOCIDAL PRODUCTS (two consultants)

The consultants shall be selected in accordance with simplified tender procedure.

The bids should arrive in a closed envelope with the note for Chemicals Agency, do not open it.

Deadline for submitting of the bids is by postal mail is 26th February 2010
