Recognizing the fact that water is the natural resource essential to life and that the availability of water in quality and quantities that are sufficient to meet the basic needs of the people is one of the main prerequisites of sustainable development, the Ministry of Natural Resources, Mining and Spatial Planning is is implementing the promotion of the Protocol on Water and Health at the local level.
