More Than 75 Regulations Translated Into English

Ministry of Environment, Mining and Spatial Planning has translated more than 75 rules in the field of environment, while preparing the answers for European Commission Questionnaire.

In the set of translated documentation there are 4 strategic documents, 18 ecological laws adopted in May 2009, and a significant number of sub-legal ecological acts. Most of the translated regulations are relevant to the European Integrations standpoint and include all the environmental aspects such as: horizontal legislation; protection of air, wildlife and noise; waste management; water quality; climate changes and chemicals.
