Minister Dulić visited Zemun Polje to View Landfill Remediation Activities
In the framework of "Let's clean up Serbia" campaign, the Minister of Environment and Spatial Planning, Oliver Dulić, visited Zemun Polje landfill today to view the remediation activities performed in the area called Školsko dobro.
Zemun is only one of the 20 locations in which the cleanup activities are continuing. The removal of this landfill means an opportunity to create a nearby children's park in the future. This action began two months ago and it will be carried out in many Serbian towns, said the minister.
He has once again invited citizens to take care of their environment and pointed out that containers shall be placed in many locations in Serbia, as well as in Belgrade's municipality of Zemun.
