Đerdap Celebrates Danube Day
The International Danube Day was celebrated yesterday in The Đerdap National Park by cleaning up the Boljetinska river canyon as a part of the campaign "Let's Clean up Serbia".
More than a hundred volunteers cleaned up the banks of Boljetinska River by collecting PET packaging and other litter. Wire containers for PET packaging were put on several locations in the National Park. The lecture on recycling was also organized for the participants.

Minister Oliver Dulić and NGOs Sign Project Co-financing Contract
The Minister of Environment and Spatial Planning Oliver Dulić opened the Danube Day celebration ceremony in Sremski Karlovci by signing a project co-financing contracts with the NGOs within the framework of the campaign "Let's Clean up Serbia". The minister announced that the memorandum on cooperation between the Ministry and nongovernmental sector which is to be signed next month is currently being drawn up.

Zasavica Clenup Underway
The Special Nature Reserve Zasavica joined "Let's Clean up Serbia" campaign by cleaning up the Modran Canal- said Ivica Radovic, Prof. PhD. State Secretary in the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning and added that in the following two months the Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning shall concentrate its attention to ongoing activities in the protected nature reserves.

Wild Landfill in Deliblato Sands Cleaned up
A wild landfill and several dumping sites were cleaned up today in the Deliblato Sands Special Natural Reserve as a part of the campaign "Let's Clean up Serbia". The Ministry of Environment and Spatial Planning in cooperation with the public company "Vojvodina Šume" have designed an equipment donation project to help efficient waste management in Vojvodina's protected areas. This project includes remediation of the wild landfill generated at Devojački Bunar site which belongs to the area of the Deliblato Sands Special Natural Reserve.

Best Pupils from Rakovica Awarded Prizes by Minister Dulić
The Minister of Environment and Spatial Planning Oliver Dulić presented awards and gifts to the winners of the primary school schoolyard landscaping competition in the premises of the primary school Đura Jakšić in Rakovica. The pupils in the territory of Rakovica municipality competed during the last week of the school year in cleaning up and landscaping their school yards as a part of the campaign "Let's Clean up Serbia".

First Stage of Revitalization of the Grand Bačka Canal Completed
The works on the waste water collection and transportation system from the Grand Bačka Canal have been completed. Currently, the main collector facility is under construction.
On this occasion the Minister of Environment and Spatial Planning Oliver Dulić in the presence of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management Saša Dragin, the President of the Executive Council of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina Bojan Pajtić and HE Dutch Ambassador to Serbia Ron van Dartel, visited the Grand Bačka Canal in Vrbas within the framework of the campaign "Let's Clean up Serbia".

World Environment Day Celebrated in Kraljevo
Kraljevo celebrates World Environment Day today as a part of the campaign "Let's Clean up Serbia". Minister of Environment and Spatial Planning Oliver Dulić inspected the cleanup activities at the wild landfill in Kraljevo and visited a dog shelter. The Minister also met with the officials from Municipality of Kraljevo and talked about the environmental issues, urban planning and construction. Seven million RSD were allocated for the cleanup of the wild landfills in Kraljevo. It is planned that twenty-one wild landfills are going to be cleaned up before the celebration of 800 years of Žiča Monastery.

Cleanup of the Đerdap National Park
The employees of the public company National Park Đerdap participated today in the third cleanup campaign, this time by cleaning up waste from the Dobra ravine. As a part of the campaign "Let's Clean up Serbia" about 100 people living in local communities Dobra and Brnjica, pupils and teachers from primary school in Dobra and boy scouts from local scout group "Golubac" collected 300 sacks of litter.

Environment Day at “Serbia Open” Tennis Tournament
The environment day was celebrated at yesterday's tennis tournament ''Serbia Open'' in the sports centre "Milan Gale Muškatirović"in Belgrade. Minister of Environment and Spatial Planning, Oliver Dulić, discussed certain environmental issues with the citizens, as well as possible ways of solving them. Actor Branislav Trifunović, television presenter Ognjen Amidžić, musician Aca Seltik and football player Nemanja Tomić all expressed their support of the campaign. They also talked to the citizens and distributed promotional material.
