Component 4 - Air quality zones established
|
|
Aims to
- perform a preliminary air quality assessment;
- identify zones and agglomerations where EU limit values are/are not exceeded;
- draft the prototype Air Quality Plans for the selected areas.
Development of
- the methodology for the assessment of air quality in the zones and agglomerations in compliance with EC legislation;
- procedures and methods for reporting the results of the national air quality assessments in zones and agglomerations in the form of the questionnaire as specified by Decision 2004/461/EC (“questionnaire”);
- prototype report of the national air quality assessments in zones and agglomerations as specified by Decision. 2004/224/EC.
Is based on
- analysis of available air quality monitoring and emission data and modelling tools in the Republic of Serbia;
- processing of available data and other information;
- Czech experts long-term professional experience with national and Europe-/wide assessment in zones and agglomerations;
- beneficiary country experts’ experience and active participation in all activities.
Includes
- experts’ missions and meeting with relevant beneficiary country experts,
- preparation of the reports;
- preparation of training documents and presentations for the training courses;
- organization of the study tours to the Czech Republic (in coordination with RTA, RTA assistant and BC partners);
- preparation of training documents and presentations for the workshop..
